What is the recommended dosage?
Recommended Daily Servings
4 to 11years : 1-2 sachets
>12years : 2-5 sachets
Pregnancy : 1-5 sachets
Lactation : 1-5 sachets
Consumption of SURBEX Nutri-Fiber up to 9 sachets per day (45 g) is well tolerated and has not been shown to cause flatulence, bloating, or stomach discomfort.2
How to use it?
Stir 1 stick pack (5g) of SURBEX Nutri-Fiber into water, your favourite beverage or food. Stir well until dissolved.
