Return & Refund Policy

  1. This Exchange and Return Policy is only be applicable for in store purchase.

  2. Exchange and returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt/ invoice).

  3. Exchange and return of products can be arranged for the following reasons:
  • Damaged or defective
  • Missing part or item

  1. Returned products:
  • Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, sealed, original condition, quantity and packaging
  • For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products and medical devices shall return in the original packing with cables, accessories, documentation including manuals and warranty card.
  • For wearable rehab products (eg. compression stockings), must be in new and have no visible signs of wear or use

  1. Products that are NOT eligible for exchange and return:
  • Medication
  • Used OTC item: medicated oil, cough syrup, plaster etc
  • Cold chain, refrigerated and temperature sensitive items: insulin, eye drops, probiotics
  • Edible item: organic raisin, nuts
  • Stock clearance item
  • Discounted item
  • Promotional item
  • Used medical device especially direct contact with human body fluid (saliva / blood)
  • Personal care products (such as face mask, grooming products, COVID test kits etc.)
  • Does not fit or has visible sign of wear or use (wearable items such as face mask, face shield, gloves, rehab support, disposable panties, diapers, etc.)
  • Item misused by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Free gift

  1. To provide exchange or repair where:
  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or significantly different to those shown or described to customer, or The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
  • The product is unsafe and customer can present receipt, or other adequate proof of purchase.
  • Outlet may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem and reserves the right not to offer an exchange or repair where the item faulty is a result of misuse or neglect.

  1. Return(s) & exchange(s) allowed with same or different product that with equal value or lower value. Exchange product that value less than the return value, there will be no refund for the difference of price or wrong purchase.

  2. In the event of a exchange or return, all member points received for the purchase of the return goods will be removed from the Member account.

  3. Discount coupon will not be refunded in the case of exchange and return.

  4. Exchanged goods is deemed final. Exchange on an exchanged goods is not allowed.
